About ADVELLO

ADVELLO is operated in Ireland.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

All prices are displayed in euros. Delivery charges and the final total are shown before payment.

Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment. A contract begins when we accept your order and send confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

We will not charge a higher price because of a pricing error without first receiving your agreement.

Products

We aim to display products, colours, sizes and descriptions accurately. Screen colours may vary slightly. Products must be used according to their instructions and safely supervised where appropriate.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 5–7 days with express shipping, unless stated otherwise at checkout. You must provide an accurate delivery address.

ADVELLO remains responsible for your order until you, or someone you nominate, receives it. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.

Returns and faulty products

Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Irish consumer law.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software or use it for unlawful purposes.

ADVELLO’s website content, branding, images and designs may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where owned by another identified rights holder.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, ADVELLO is not responsible for losses caused by product misuse or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future website use and orders. Changes do not alter orders already accepted.

These terms are governed by Irish law, without restricting any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections available where you live.
